Geie Cetelem (BNP Paribas Personal Finance)
Cetelem is active in consumer credit. It is present in more then 20 countries. In Belgium, Cetelem has established joint ventures with FIMASER (Carrefour) and Pinto (KBC) to sell credit products. Cetelem Geie includes all services, including IT, which are shared between 3 companies. The Belgian IT department gives support to several groups of users.

Head of IT Development Back-Office & Front-Office
The Front-Office team of 6 people is managing the application to sell consumer credit in the shops. Main project of 2009 for both teams: Cetelem bought in 2008 the company Fidexis. 2009 was devoted largely to the migration of the Fidexis IT system to the Cetelem IT system. The migration is scheduled for September 2009. The cost of the project is estimated to 160 man-month of work.

Head of IT Development Back-Office
Managing a team of ten people in charge of the Back-Office application for consumer credit in Belgium. In charge of planning, estimates, monitoring expenses, recruiting new staff for the team. Project Manager for large IT projects. Involved in the analysis of IT solutions. Non-exhaustive list of projects implemented.
• 2005-2006: Putting in place the management of credit cards transactions of VISA and MasterCard cards in link with the MF application.
• 2005-2006: Starting up the new credit card brand ‘AURORA’ for in-house credit cards
